Without Mater Group no transaction can be made. This Master Group is broadly Gold Ornaments, Fine Gold, Others, and Old Gold. The same is in the case of Silver and Platinum. Then further Gold Ornaments are segregated to categories and sub-categories. Same Other is again segregated further to stones, moti, pearls etc. Same case in Fine Gold and Old Gold.

On clicking the Configuration menu, we get many functions. Out of this Inventory setup is one of them.

On clicking Inventory Setup, we get many functions.

On clicking Master Group, the following is the Screen.

  1. We can Activate/Deactivate the Status, with the help of this switch
  2. On Clicking Action we get different options. 

a.     View - On clicking this we can view, who created this, and who updated it.

b.     Edit - On clicking this we can edit the Master group.

c.      Delete - By clicking this we can delete the Master Group.

d.     Changes - On clicking this we can view who has made the changes.

  1. To add a Master Group we have to click (3) i.e. (+) symbol on the top right corner.

On clicking (+), we get the following:

  1. You can give the Master Group Name as per your choice.
  2. You can give any Short Name
  3. We can give our Display sequential number as per our choice.
  4. We can select Active / Deactive by which you can change the status of that Master Group from here.
